This piece in detail +

Good to know

  • Organic cotton, nothing else: a soft, breathable shirt, prewashed to feel supple from the first wear.
  • Enough room to wear it buttoned up as a shirt or open as a light overshirt.
  • Handmade in Portugal, in a Fair Trade certified workshop, with vegan buttons.

Material & feel

A 130 g/m² organic cotton twill. Twill is a diagonal weave: it drapes more softly than a plain weave of the same weight. Prewashed, it has already lost its new stiffness and wears in gently wash after wash.

When to wear it?

From April to October, buttoned up in mild weather, open as a light jacket when the evening turns cool. In winter, as a thin layer under a jumper, without adding bulk. Handy at the office too when the air con is blasting.

Fit & size

You can raise your arms, drive or carry a backpack without it pulling across the back. The straight hem can be worn untucked without looking sloppy.

We recommend you take your usual size.

Our charter & our method

Our method

01

We seek out

We look for brands whose approach actually holds up, not the ones with the best marketing.

02

We analyse

We ask for workshop names, compositions and labels, along with the proof to back them up.

03

We validate

Without proof, a brand doesn't make it into our catalogue. It's the one rule that's non-negotiable.

Our selection charter · 3 pillars

01

Respect for people

  • All brands share the names of their partner workshops with us.
  • All of them commit to respecting the fundamental principles of the International Labour Organization.
  • When they manufacture in high-risk countries, we ask for additional guarantees and labels.
02

Care for the planet

  • 100% of the clothes we select are made from at least 90% organic, vegan, recycled or natural materials.
  • All brands give us proof, with labels and certifications: GOTS, OCS, Oeko-Tex, Bluesign…
03

Integrity and values

  • At least 75% of collections must be eco-friendly.
  • All of them commit to always doing better, never worse just to produce more.
