The personal information that may be collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher for managing relations with you, and where applicable for processing your orders. It is recorded in the publisher's customer file and the file thus compiled from personal data is declared to the CNIL.
The publisher's registration number with the CNIL is: 2143639.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND DELISTING OF YOUR DATA
Every person has a right of access, rectification and objection regarding their personal data. Every person also has the right to restriction of processing relating to them, the right to delisting and the right to portability of the personal data they have provided to the data controller.
You can exercise this right by contacting us at the following address: support@wedressfair.fr
ARTICLE 8: USE OF DATA
The information collected may possibly be communicated to third parties bound to the publisher by contract for the performance of subcontracted tasks necessary for the management of your account and without your having to give your authorisation.
In the event of an offence of any kind, in which the parties would be implicated, and for which the judicial authorities would need to know the information collected, the latter will necessarily be communicated to these authorities on their express and reasoned request, and will no longer benefit from the provisions relating to the protection of personal data.
When certain information is mandatory to access specific features of the site, the publisher will indicate this mandatory nature at the time the data is entered.
ARTICLE 9: NEWSLETTERS
You may receive newsletters. If you no longer wish to, every email we send you contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. You can also write to us at hello@wedressfair.fr.
The data is kept and used for a period in accordance with the legislation in force.
ARTICLE 10: COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKERS
What is a “cookie”?
A “Cookie” or tracker is an electronic file placed on a device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) and read, for example, when consulting a website, reading an email, installing or using software or a mobile application, whatever the type of device used (source: www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-traceurs-que-dit-la-loi).
By browsing this site, “cookies” originating from the company responsible for the site concerned and/or from third-party companies may be placed on your device.
When you first browse this site, a banner explaining the use of “cookies” will appear. From then on, by continuing to browse, the customer and/or prospect will be deemed to have been informed and to have accepted the use of the said “cookies”. The consent given will be valid for a period of thirteen (13) months.
All the information collected will only be used to track the volume, type and configuration of traffic using this site, to develop its design and layout and for other administrative and planning purposes and more generally to improve the service we offer you.
The following cookies are present on this site: Session identifier cookies.
“Session identifier” cookies are used to keep your session active.
“Shopping cart” cookies are used to save your cart during a session. Their lifespan is thirteen months.
For more information on the use, management and deletion of “cookies”, for any type of browser, we invite you to consult the following link: www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-les-outils-pour-les-maitriser.
Tracking pixels in our emails
Our emails contain a “tracking pixel”: an invisible, one-pixel image that loads from our provider's servers when you open the message. The CNIL treats this device as a tracker, in the same way as a cookie (recommendation of 12 March 2026).
What this pixel lets us know: that you opened the email, when you did so, and from what type of device.
What we use this information for: adapting the content and frequency of our emails to your interests, checking that our emails reach you, and ceasing to write to people who no longer read us.
Who carries out this measurement: our emailing provider Klaviyo, on our behalf and following our instructions.
How to refuse: every email we send contains, at the bottom of the message, a link allowing you to refuse this measurement. If you no longer have that email to hand, write to us and we will take care of it. Refusing this measurement does not change your subscription to our emails: you keep receiving them exactly as before, we simply stop recording whether you open them.
For the sake of transparency: when you refuse this measurement, our provider stops recording your opens, but the pixel technically remains present in the message and continues to be loaded by your email software. It is not possible for us, to date, to remove it entirely from the emails we send.
ARTICLE 11: APPLICABLE LAW
These terms of use of the site are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular statute or regulation.
ARTICLE 12: CONTACT
For any question, information on the products presented on the site, or concerning the site itself, you can leave a message via the form.
