Marianne by Marie Jordane, an ethical clothing brand for women

Marianne de Marie Jordane is a French brand based in Paris, founded by two friends: Julie and Marianne. Both wanting to align their personal values with their careers, they decided to start their own brand. Together, they aim to completely rethink clothing and the way it is made, produced and distributed. Their goal is to offer clothes that meet high standards of sustainability and social responsibility, while being made locally.

Marianne by Marie Jordane's environmental commitments

Marianne by Marie Jordane has chosen to use only natural materials, GOTS-certified organic materials or upcycled materials. The brand makes use of dormant stocks of materials left unused by big brands. For the sake of transparency, they make sure that every structure in their production chain respects their strict charter.

All their collections are designed by Julie in their Parisian workshop. They are designed to outlast trends, while offering bold cuts that will flatter you.

A fan of made in France, the brand has brought all production in-house at this workshop.

Production there is carefully managed thanks to a hybrid system between pre-order and classic production, to avoid any overproduction and so produce just what is needed.

Marianne by Marie Jordane goes even further by guaranteeing its clothes for life!

Marianne by Marie Jordane's ethical commitments

Marianne by Marie Jordane works all year round with short supply chains and direct distribution. To set the fairest possible price, the brand limits its margin and makes a point of ensuring that the price of each garment reflects only the work and the quality of the manufacturing process.

This way the brand pays its skilled workers fairly, while ensuring them consideration and protection.
