It all began with an environmental wake-up call: the founders discovered that one of their favourite places had become a plastic dump. Ethical commitments

Sleepers vegan flip-flops are produced in Sri Lanka in a certified factory, with an entirely local supply chain. The eco-friendly brand works with local artisans and rubber experts, ensuring fair and equitable working conditions through the Fair Rubber Association. Environmental commitments

Sustainability is at the heart of Sleepers' operations. The flip-flops are made from responsibly tapped natural rubber, preserving the natural life cycle of the rubber trees. To make the flip-flops last as long as possible, the compound contains 10 to 15 % synthetic rubber, the minimum needed to ensure the consistency and quality of the products. The packaging is plastic-free, using recycled kraft paper from the tea industry. Sleepers also uses carbon-neutral delivery options to ship products to your door in recycled paper bags.
