Good to know

  • Recycled cashmere, Global Recycled Standard certified: all the softness of cashmere, with no new fibre.
  • Barely 80 g: once you take it off, it rolls up into a coat pocket.

Material & feel

Cashmere is a fine fibre that's very warm for its weight: the balaclava keeps out the cold without adding bulk around your face. A little recycled wool completes the blend. Against your cheeks and neck, the knit stays soft.

When to wear it?

From November to March, as soon as the wind starts nipping at your ears. On journeys on foot or by bike, and on bitterly cold days when a beanie isn't enough.

Fit & size

Head, ears and neck are covered in one piece: nothing slips or comes loose when you move.

Care guide

Cold hand wash only. Can be machine washed (wool programme), gentle spin (300-400 rpm). Never tumble dry. Dry flat. Iron at a warm temperature (150°C) with a damp pressing cloth.
