Good to know

  • More material at the heel and toe, the two areas shoes wear out first.
  • They stay in place all day without marking your calf: the rib holds without squeezing.
  • Flat seams at the toe: you forget them once your shoes are on.

Material & feel

Organic cotton makes up most of the sock: a knit that's soft against your foot. The recycled polyamide, at 15%, makes it more resistant to rubbing in your shoes. The trade-off: 8% conventional polyamide and 2% elastane. They give the knit its structure and let it spring back into place around the ankle, across more shoe sizes.

When to wear it?

From October to April, as soon as it's closed-shoe weather. At the office, the mid-calf height keeps your leg covered when you sit down and cross your legs.
