Good to know

- Prewashed before it reaches you: it's made to keep its size wash after wash.
Material & feel
Oxford is a weave of small squares that gives a fabric with a slightly pronounced grain, with more body than poplin. It's nicely opaque and keeps a sharp look without being stiff. From a distance, the very fine stripes blend into a greyish blue, and the cotton softens as you wear it.
When to wear it?
At the office all year round, when you want a shirt that works without a tie. At weekends in spring and September, sleeves rolled up. In winter, layered under a jumper.
Fit & size
Straight fit, it leaves room at the chest: you can move your arms and sit down without the buttons pulling. The mandarin collar doesn't squeeze your neck, even buttoned all the way up.
We strongly recommend you take one size down from your usual size. This piece runs large.
