Good to know

Fabric & feel

A smooth, stretchy knit that follows your legs without creasing. The trade-off: 20% elastane. That's what does a sports legging's job: it stretches with every move, springs back into place and suits more body shapes. Polyester dries quickly, handy when you have sessions back to back.

When to wear them?

For yoga, Pilates, the gym or running, indoors all year round. Outdoors from spring to autumn, and as a base layer when it's cold.

Care guide

Machine wash at 30°C inside out, delicates cycle, do not tumble dry. Make sure the spin is set to 800 rpm maximum. Iron on low heat (110°C). Try a GuppyFriend Bag to protect synthetic fibres and reduce the amount of microfibres released into the washing water.
