Good to know
- A jute and cotton knit upper with a visible, textured grain, a far cry from the usual synthetic mesh.
- An EVA foam midsole, partly made from sugar cane: it cushions every step.
- Suede and leather on the key areas, for a trainer that keeps its shape and its retro look.
Material & feel
J-Mesh is an open knit blending cotton and jute fibre: it has a slightly rustic grain to the touch, and lets air through. Inside, the lining stays smooth against your foot. The compromise: synthetic rubber in the outsole. Combined with Amazonian rubber and silica, it gives the sole consistent grip on tarmac.
When to wear them?
From spring to autumn, when you want trainers that let your feet breathe. For days walking around town, journeys on foot and weekends when you rack up the kilometres without noticing.
