Good to know
- Recycled right down to the details: the lining against your foot and the laces are fully recycled.
- An E.V.A. foam midsole partly made from sugar cane, cushioning every step around town.
- Amazonian rubber in the soles, for a trainer with everyday grip.
Material & feel
The upper is made of nolyn, a fine, smooth technical canvas with almost half recycled polyester. The compromise: 54 % virgin polyester. It gives the canvas its structure and clean look without weighing the shoe down. Inside, the recycled polyester lining stays soft against your foot.
When to wear them?
From spring to autumn, when it's dry and mild: the fine canvas doesn't get too warm. For commuting, long days walking around town and the weekend.
We recommend you take your usual size.

These shoes are rather nice and have a style that seems fairly timeless. They hold the heel well but on the flip side they're a tad hard to put on. Three things surprised me, though none of them is a problem: 1) The colour of the "outer soles" isn't pure white but more of a yellowish white, which gives them a worn look even though they're new 2) The fabric covering part of the foot looks like an anorak, surprising but not off-putting 3) The thick part of the tongue has no fabric, so the foam inside is directly exposed (I just hope it won't make them less durable), and you can see this in one of the product photos. All that said, I'm still really happy with them!
