Material & feel
Jute is a hard-wearing plant fibre with a pronounced texture. The canvas feels dry to the touch and a little stiff for the first few days, then moulds to your foot. Being woven, it lets air through far better than a closed upper.
When to wear it?
From spring to autumn, in dry weather. In town or at the weekend, for days when you walk a lot without wanting heavy shoes.
