Good to know

  • The leather insole is removable: slip your orthotic insoles in instead, no fiddling needed.
  • A smooth full-grain cowhide leather that develops its own patina wear after wear.
  • European leathers from Leather Working Group certified tanneries, right down to the calfskin lining.

Fabric & feel

Full-grain leather keeps the natural surface of the hide: it's dense, supple to the touch and marks beautifully over time. Inside, the calfskin lining is soft against your foot and moulds to its shape. A coat of colourless wax from time to time keeps the leather nourished and shiny.

When to wear it?

From September to May, for commuting, the office and days when you walk a lot in town. In summer too, on cooler days, thanks to the open sides that leave your foot less enclosed than a closed shoe.

Fit & size

The adjustable buckle strap holds your foot in place: your heel stays in the shoe with every step. With a 2 cm heel, you keep a flat, stable stride all day.

Care guide

It's important to look after your leather so it lasts. Brush it regularly to remove everyday dirt.
If you have smooth leather shoes, you can polish the leather with a polish the same colour as the original leather or with a clear polish, then buff with a cloth.
For suede or nubuck shoes, you need to waterproof them to protect them from stains and moisture. Clean them with a soft brush and repeat the process at regular intervals.
