Good to know
- A removable 10 mm insole: dry it separately after a shower, or slip your own in instead.
- Smooth leather and suede from tanneries rated Gold by the Leather Working Group.
- An outsole stitched to the upper: it stays firmly attached to the shoe wear after wear.
Material & feel
The leather is supple from the very first steps, and the suede adds a soft, matt touch. Inside, leather and cotton terry: the terry absorbs sweat and stays soft against your foot. The small hand-woven panel blends cotton and polyester. The compromise: EVA in the insole, polyester in the weave and 70% synthetic rubber underfoot. The EVA cushions every step without adding weight, the polyester keeps the weave neat, and the synthetic rubber grips the ground and wears more slowly.
When to wear them?
From spring to autumn, for days in town when you walk a lot. At the office too: the light leather stays understated. In wet weather, a waterproofed pair keeps its colours.
Fit & size
The round toe leaves room for your toes: you can walk for a long time without the front of your foot feeling squeezed.
