Good to know
- A 13 oz organic cotton fabric, dense and firm, that holds its shape on its own.
- A very deep blue: a layer of indigo over a soft wash darkens the shade further and wears in with use.
- Made under the oversight of the Fair Wear Foundation, which checks working conditions in the workshop.
Material & feel
A rigid denim, gently washed then dipped back into indigo: it stays soft to the touch for a fabric of this weight. A little firm for the first few days: that’s the price of real jeans. It moulds to your body as you wear it, and the top layer of indigo lightens where you move most, leaving marks that are your own.
When to wear it?
From autumn to spring, the dense fabric keeps out the wind when you’re walking. In summer, save it for cool evenings.
Fit & size
The room at the thighs lets you walk and sit without the rigid fabric pulling. The high-rise waist stays in place when you lean forward.
If you're between two sizes, we recommend you take the larger one.
