Good to know
- A pair approved vegan by PETA: the upper is made from corn waste instead of leather.
- A removable insole: air it between wears, or slip your own in instead.
- A chunky sculpted sole, yet a pair that stays light on your feet all day long.
Material & feel
The upper combines CornSkin, a material made from corn waste, with suede-effect panels and mesh. The trade-off: polyurethane and viscose. The polyurethane binds the material and gives it a smooth surface that wipes clean with a damp cloth. The viscose makes the backing flexible, so the shoe bends with your foot from the very first steps.
When to wear it?
From spring to autumn, for days when you walk a lot around town. Commutes, weekends on foot, sightseeing that goes on and on.
