Good to know

  • Vegetable-tanned leather that darkens and develops its own patina over the years.
  • Slim, it fits through narrow belt loops and stays neat at the waist.
  • The metal tip protects the end of the belt: it won't fray from being threaded through.

Material & feel

Vegetable tanning means leather treated with plant extracts rather than chrome salts. It's firm at first, then softens and takes the curve of your waist as you wear it. Its colour darkens over time and signs of wear become part of its character: the more you wear it, the better it looks.

When to wear it?

Long days standing or walking: the firm leather stays in place at the waist. And for days when you want a piece that stands out, with its western belt finishes.

Care guide

It's important to look after your leather so it lasts. Brush it regularly to remove everyday dirt.
If you have smooth leather shoes, you can polish the leather with a polish the same colour as the original leather or with a clear polish, then buff with a cloth.
For suede or nubuck shoes, you need to waterproof them to protect them from stains and moisture. Clean them with a soft brush and repeat the process at regular intervals.
